Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare for Shipment

  Carefully repack your vanity in its original crate or packaging, ensuring all hardware, marble tops, and accessories are securely protected.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  For large freight items, we will coordinate a professional carrier pickup at your location; for smaller accessories, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the item is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
